I cannot enter to members area, what should I do?
Please, visit www.glamour.cz/login.htm first and click "enter members area here" link for enter to members area. No other link to members area will not work. We don't support anonymous login (links from other pages, usage of anonymizers...). Disable all firewalls (for example Norton Security - you should disable Norton completely), anonymizers, accelerators, don't use download managers.

Any restrictions for dowloads of files in members area?
Yes, download limit is 2GB/day. Also, multiply login is prohibited. Don't use stolen password, don't share your password with others.

My account was temporarily disabled, what is the reason?
You downloaded more than 2GB/day (please, turn off download manager) or your password was stolen. Please, let us know if you are regular member, transaction number, subscription number (Verotel, ccBill?) and we change your password and reactivate your access.
